Please return the product undamaged in the original packaging. We will not accept products that are not in their original packaging, and the price will not be refunded.

Should you need to return an order due to an error on TheBoboGo's part, such as receiving the wrong size or product, or if the product arrived damaged, we cover the return shipping cost and waive any restocking fee. In these instances, the return will be at no cost to you, it's FREE.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order in new condition with original packaging.
